Refund policy

We will only accept unopened packages for return within 24 hours of receiving your package by mail or by picking up products in person. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If item(s) was purchased at a Northwest Outdoors retail location or Online, you may return the item(s) within 24 hours from the purchase date in unopened packaging.

Item(s) may be returned in person or mailed to the retail store location.
Mailing Returns to Tri Cities Tackle. Please include a copy of receipt/invoice with your Name, Address, Phone Number, and brief description of why the item(s) is being returned , exchanged or refunded. Tri Cities Tackle recommends using USPS insured for mailing/shipping item(s) for your protection.
If a receipt/invoice reflects cash or check refund is approved.
If receipt/invoice reflects credit card charge ,then your card will receive a credit for the amount.

If you do not have a receipt/invoice you may be issued an exact exchange of merchandise.

FISHING ROD AND REEL WARRANTY

ALL FISHING RODS AND REELS ARE SUBJECT TO THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. WE CANNOT CONTRL CONDITIONS IN WHICH RODS AND REELS ARE USED. THE ROD AND REEL MUST BE SENT IN TO THE MANUFACTURE FOR WARRANTY REPAIR.
